How do I track my order?Updated a month ago

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number along with a direct link to track your order via the postal service’s website.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days, please check your spam mail. If it still has not been received, please contact us at [email protected].

AUSTRALIA

All orders sent with Auspost can be tracked here with the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email. 

Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with tracking information.
Purchases that are made after 12pm (AEDT/AEST) on weekdays and all orders on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.


INTERNATIONAL

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Standard delivery orders:
When your order reaches your country, deliveries will be handled by your national postal service. You may continue to track the final stages of your delivery using the tracking number provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. 

You can contact your local postal service directly or enter the tracking number on their website.

 Please keep an eye on your parcel using the provided tracking number. Parcels may be held at your local post office for pick up. Parcel deliveries may take up to an extra 6 business days for remote areas or in the case of unexpected custom delays.
